allshock_notalk - essentially a co-worker; Soundwave once acted as Starscream's lieutenant commander/second in Cape and Cowl. Relationship is... er... usually only hostile in a verbal manner.
notyourchauffer - In canon, Starscream's only friend; had a vicious falling out. In CnC, started as rather hostile 'friends'; became lovers (sort of. Insofar as I think they never actually got around to the act, but were 'together'); then had yet another vicious falling out because Starscream Is A Bastard.
