And stuff about Starscream as he exists in Cape and Cowl.
Starscream appears to be a young man in his early 20's with pale skin and dark brown hair. He's actually quite handsome in his own way, if a bit fresh-faced. His "superhero outfit" consists of a red and white nylon vest worn over a grey and yellow t-shirt, which is in turn worn over red underarmor, with blue and white nylon running pants and white shoes. He also wears (as you can see) blue faux-leather gloves and red goggles when he's flying.
The only two obvious concessions to Starscream's Cybertronian origins are his eyes, which are brilliant red and glow faintly (not enough to see in the dark by). They glow brighter when he's angry or excited. Furthermore, Starscream has what appears to be some sort of birthmark or tatoo on his right shoulderblade, which looks like this.
His true form, of course, looks like this, except when it looks like a red, grey, and white version of this
By the way, his art icons mostly come from this wonderful artist, specifically this awesome picture. His PB is a young Christian Slater, mostly becuase the guy's faces were HILARIOUS.
CLASS: Self-serving backstabbing asshat pretending to be a villain pretending to be a hero. He'll probably keep his tags for as long as they're useful to him, and act like some sort of hero, but probably plot and plan to usurp whoever seems to have the most power and take over the city. Why? Well, he's not really sure – sometimes he seems to just like the idea of being in charge.
SUPERHERO NAME: the Black Screech – Starscream will be avoiding the use of his real name as the last time he went about announcing that he was AIR COMMANDER STARSCREAM he landed in some significant trouble.
ALTER EGO: Christopher Astrum; likely will seek a job in engineering, computer science, or robotics of some kind.
POWER: Starscream has four powers, all based on his canonical abilities. Obviously in C&C they will be somewhat different as he is human here, but all of them have some basis in what he can already do.
His signature ability is his Null-Ray, a kind of EMP canon which can disrupt the electricity in almost any circuitry for a short period, rendering it temporarily inoperable. The Null-Ray works against all but the most heavily-shielded and powerful electronics: it has been shown to work against almost every Transformer except Optimus Prime and Megatron (two of the most powerful), and to take out things like electric generators at power plants.
In addition to the null-ray, Starscream has normal energy blasts which cause explosions when they hit.
He can fly and hover, with a top speed of Mach 2.5. However, his body has no way of dealing with such extreme forces: he will need some sort of specialized suit to be able to fly safely at that speed. Even so, he is remarkably quick and agile in the air. He is not capable of such speed on the ground – he can only run as fast as your average healthy human male, though he can jump significantly higher (about 10 ft) and is very, very nimble.
Finally, Starscream's "spark", or soul, is immortal – if Starscream's body is destroyed, he continues to exist as an indestructible ball of energy which can possess electronic circuitry. Presumably in C&C, the alterations the Portal made to allow his spark to inhabit an organic body will also allow him to possess organics. Starscream is, however, an utter coward, and though he will loudly and arrogantly announce that he is Starscream the IMMORTAL!, he isn't entirely sure how far or how long his immortality will last (he wasn't aware of this ability until Galvatron shot him in the face) and so is extremely reluctant to relinquish whatever body he's in. That, and he really, really doesn't like wandering around in Spark form, so he prefers to stick to whatever form he currently has.
TL;DR, he's unlikely to be willing to kill himself to use this ability, and he isn't exactly fond of putting himself in life threatening situations if he can avoid it.
There may be some way to destroy his spark, but if there is, neither Starscream nor most Cybertronian scientists are aware of what that way is.
