I know half the reason Quatre's been able to develop what he has so far is because Winner Corp has a decent revenue and doesn't waste money frivolously so the gross income is quite high as well and can then be turned back to research and development. Secret research and development.
If the switch happens before all of the clusterfuck goes down, it'll also add another shot against Quatre, too.
