Yeah, a sufficiently powerful EMP would just shut him off for a bit, but not damage his "brain" as it were. A weaker one would make his body flicker back in and out of hard light/soft light.

And.......perhaps there's a happy medium where he's just frozen in place long enough to let Screamer have his escape?
